Use this checkout item to have a new Transparent Frontal or 5x5 Closure installed on your wig. This is a restoration service that includes new Lace and a deep clean and deep conditioning treatment. New frontal will be customized with hairline and bleached knots. Any small holes or tears in the wefted portion of the wig will be mended. Some textures will need to have the lace item made by hand once payment has been made.

This service will take about 3-5 days to complete for IN STOCK lace. For lace being custom made this service will take 10-14 days. Wig MUST be washed before shipping to me.

If your wig has been custom colored you will need to pay the coloring fee to have the wig recolored once new lace is attached. This service is ONLY for wigs I have made that have full 13x4, 13x6 or 5x5 lace.You can only replace with the same size lace you currently have on the wig.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
